Adrian takes pride in his involvement with each transaction, starting with the preliminary research; continuing through his review of each purchase preliminary title report at completion and, through it all, taking a proactive approach to communicating potential title challenges with the escrow team as well as his Realtor and investor clients. His knowledge and experience give him the ability to clearly envision the solutions to difficult situations which ultimately results in timely closings for his clients. During his 13 years in the title insurance and settlement services industry, Adrian has successfully engaged with lenders, attorneys, negotiators and loan servicers on his clients’ behalf to get deals closed. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with many amazing people in real estate and with the possibility of learning new things every day.

In January of 2000, Adrian started his career in the title insurance industry. He began in customer service for one of the largest title companies in the nation. Quickly, Adrian gained a reputation for running difficult searches, managing a large number of incoming requests and taking the extra step to help the customer. In 2002, Adrian received the Customer Advocate award as recognition for his superior level of service. Shortly after that, Adrian was given the opportunity to manage a customer service branch for the company’s most productive sales team.

Adrian lives in Yorba Linda with Heather, his wife of 8 wonderful years, an amazing 7 year old son Logan, and adorable 1 year old puppy Peaches. Adrian believes in the importance of a close knit family and feels blessed to have the love and support of those around him.
